Amanda Rainey

Amanda RaineyAmanda Rainey serves at the Vice President of Fund Development, with the goal of increasing philanthropic revenue for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX).

Prior to joining GSNETX in 2015, Amanda served as the Vice President of Advancement at Parker University for three years where she successfully expanded the reach of corporate sponsorships for the university. Amanda has also served as the Vice President of Advancement at the University of Dallas and the Executive Director of Development at Saint Louis University, where she had the opportunities to greatly expand individual gifts and spearhead capital campaign projects.

Amanda originally hails from southern Illinois and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science in Higher Education from Indiana University. Amanda also earned the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) certification in 2012.

Outside of work, Amanda is a co-founder and current President of the PAWS for Irving Animals rescue organization and spends most of her free time organizing animal rescue. Though she has adjusted to Texas life, she will always remain a loyal St. Louis Cardinals fan.
