12th Annual Legacy Gala 1

Save the Date: 12th Annual Legacy Gala Friday, November 8, 2024

Saddle up, shine your platform shoes, and get ready to head back in time… to the 1970s Kentucky Derby. That’s the theme for 2024’s 12th Annual Legacy Gala — can you dig it? Break out the disco duds and leisure suits, your  grooviest threads, your most far out Derby hat, and whatever makes you feel right on. The Irving Schools Foundation will be bringing the flower power, the funk, and the fever for all things 1970s and Kentucky Derby to raise bread (and maximize educational opportunities) for all of Irving ISD.

About the Gala

The Legacy Gala is the signature fundraising event for the Irving Schools Foundation where we celebrate the rich history of Irving ISD and the legacy of community leaders who have made lasting contributions to our mission throughout the years. Since the Legacy Gala’s inception in 2011, proceeds from the event have generated more than $4.5 million to support our programs, which promote educational equity and academic excellence throughout the Irving Independent School District.
